The tour MONTE CORNIZZOLO is very challenging. You’ll ride in a very beautiful landscape, the total duration is 4/5 hours, it depends on the training status of the participants. The climb to Mount Cornizzolo is difficult but once you get to the top you will enjoy a fantastic view.

– Deposits are fully refunded if the booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the rental period;

We start from Bellagio and follow the road along the lake until we get to Onno, here begins the homonymous climb: we climb for 4 km, with a slope of about 5%, after which we go down to Canzo and we run along Segrino Lake, very beautiful and characteristic lake.
Here begins the ascent of Mount Cornizzolo, 8.7 Km in which there are slopes that are close to 20%: it is considered the hardest climb of the Larian triangle, but once you get to the top the beautiful panorama pays for the effort. On clear and windy days you can see Milan and the Apennines in the background.
At the top we are at 1107 m a.s.l. with a height difference of 743m. Mandatory stop and start again for the descent, you follow the same road as the way to Canzo, where you turn left in the direction of Ghisallo, which you climb from the side of Barni, the easiest side.
Stop for a visit to the sanctuary in memory of cyclists and fast descent to Bellagio.
